Toronto-based mobile health company Diversinet agreed to sell its assets to subsidiaries of Parsippany, New Jersey-based IMS Health for about $3.5 million (US). Merck Canada announced this month a deal with Mihealth to promote its PHR offering to Canadian doctors.
